I really like the crystals. When I had my old front loader, the softener dispenser was so clogged I could not use liquid softener. With the crystals, this is something I do not have to worry about with my current machine. The scent (fresh mountain breeze) is light but long-lasting. My laundry smells nice a few weeks after it has been washed. It also does not reduce the absorbency of towels and its natural formula is safe for your family and for our planet. Logan and I both tend to have itchy, dry skin, especially in the winter, and this product does not irritate our skin.
