I started using Swagbucks over a year ago to earn a little extra cash (in gift card form). It's easy and requires little effort. I use the toolbar, shop and earn (you earn points for shopping online) and lately I have been streaming Swagbucks TV on either the iPod or phone as a quick way to rack up some points pretty fast. During the fall Matt signed up for Swagbucks under my referral code, which meant we both got some credit! I also do MyPoints but I have found that Swagbucks add up a lot faster.
I try to build up my points to get at least a $25 gift card. I'm pretty partial to Amazon gift cards because I can buy books for my kindle or I can buy something else fun on Amazon. And since we have Amazon Prime, it makes the Amazon card more appealing. There's also cards for Walmart, Target, iTunes...lots of cards.
